I absolutely love Fast Pace in Collinwood,TN. They are my go-to! They have seen my kids grow up due to many ear infections, strep and other illness. My husband and I also get seen there too. They are caring and efficient! I absolutely love everyone there, especially Nicole NP!
Patients beware. They take your copay as if they are going to bill for an office visit when they know they are actually going to bill it as outpatient ambulatory service which moves it to a deductible and 80/20. This causes the patient to pay a lot more than they should have to. Other urgent cares do not bill this way. From what BCBS of TN told me they choose to bill this way. Very sad they choose to do this in a rural community where wages are lower to begin with. They should at least be upfront about it when you check in but that would cause them to lose a lot of money. You can research complaints against Fast Pace and see it is all of them not just the Collinwood location.
Fast pace Collinwood, TN is my new go to for all my DOT certifications. They were very courteous and helpful and expedient with the whole drug screen and physical(on a Saturday). Thank you and I'll see you guys again in 2 years!
