William Cannon Heating & Air provides great service for small AC units, but customers have reported issues with large AC units being loud, buzzing, and vibrating. The company's warranty may not cover these problems due to installation issues. Overall, the team is professional and courteous, without any attempts to upsell products.
Great service on small AC. But my Large AC is still loud and buzzing like a friegh train when coming on and vibrating the whole dinning room wall on a brand new built home. Apparently my warranty can't fix it because of the way it was installed. A consumer affairs issue. Blessings!
