Just left the store and I must say the workers on the floor were so kind and sweet. The lady that checked us out was extremely rude couldn’t fully get her name but the last few letters were (ells) girl if you didn’t want to work, you should’ve called out. It’s 1:00 & you already have an attitude. I was even trying to start a conversation still an attitude, smacking your gums, rushing us to pay. Another thing that pissed me off was the simple fact that you barely even have room to turn around at checkout. Everyone was neck & neck. You could barely get past anyone. This is the best Ulta location that I have been to in years! They have the majority of the perfume scents out unlike the Poplar, Germantown, and other locations across the USA. As a former retail manager, I understand theft is a huge issue and that's why they want to lock up the perfume testers, but customers can't and won't buy what they can't smell.

I said kindly Ma’am … Right away - Kira at the front counter before one word came out my mouth greeted me just Blunt and rudely with… YOU Gottaaa Hold On a Second. ☝️

I think an appropriate response could have been more along the lines of .

How are you sir ? I will be with you in just a one second

The older lady helped me with ease and was very responsive and respectful. I appreciated the way that she handled the situation.
