PetSmart in Collierville is a clean and professional pet care store where the staff, including Blake, are knowledgeable and caring. During grooming appointments, they thoroughly check pets' health and advise customers to seek veterinary care when needed. One customer's dog was found to have an ear infection, preventing a grooming session but allowing for timely veterinary treatment.
We visit this store semi regularly for crickets. I have noticed that staff are knowledgeable about many things here (eavesdropping while waiting to be serviced). Most of them are friendly and they will help you with the bugs and mice but it is hilarious when the employee is squeamish! 🤣
The manager here is very helpful and knowledgeable! I was having issues with a filter for my fish tank, and she helped me solve the problems and had many helpful tips for tank maintenance as well. Every staff member I’ve encountered has also been very kind and helpful!!
I took my golden retriever in for a bath haircut and de-fur treatment. Kacy B did a wonderful job, the best haircut we’ve ever had. She was also really gentle as our dog is prone to dry and itchy skin. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience!!
