PetSmart in Collierville is a clean and professional pet care store where the staff, including Blake, are knowledgeable and caring. During grooming appointments, they thoroughly check pets' health and advise customers to seek veterinary care when needed. One customer's dog was found to have an ear infection, preventing a grooming session but allowing for timely veterinary treatment.
I took my golden retriever in for a bath haircut and de-fur treatment. Kacy B did a wonderful job, the best haircut we’ve ever had. She was also really gentle as our dog is prone to dry and itchy skin. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience!!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who knows the store and items they stock. They even carry the doggie version of Ben and Jerry's pretzel and peanut butter ice cream!

The staff is outstanding but definitely, a special shout out to Melissa in grooming who is the very best!
I've only done pick-up but it's smaller than most places and well organized. If you're using Google maps to get here ignore the directions once you're in the parking lot. It does not factor in the current construction.
