PetSmart in Collierville is a clean and professional pet care store where the staff, including Blake, are knowledgeable and caring. During grooming appointments, they thoroughly check pets' health and advise customers to seek veterinary care when needed. One customer's dog was found to have an ear infection, preventing a grooming session but allowing for timely veterinary treatment.
I've only done pick-up but it's smaller than most places and well organized. If you're using Google maps to get here ignore the directions once you're in the parking lot. It does not factor in the current construction.
It was GRRREAT EXCEPT for NOT having any hornworms AGAIN & NO Dentley springs (rawhide alternative). Does PetSmart NOT make/carry them anymore 😔😭?? Those were my 3 furkids VERY FAVORITE treats & I haven't found them in any of y'all's stores 😔😔. The staff at the PetSmart in Colleriville were so nice especially Steven Wise. It's GRRREAT 🤗🤗
I bought a fish filtering pump and took it home it didn't work. The next day I brought it back they didn't give me any trouble about it and issued my refund with no problem. I will forever shop at Pet Smart.
