One customer's dog was found to have an ear infection, preventing a grooming session but allowing for timely veterinary treatment.
I took my dog for a grooming appointment. Blake noticed my dog might have an ear infection. He advised me to take him to the vet before getting him groomed. Sure enough, my dog has a bacterial infection in his ear. Thanks Blake! I’ll be back in a couple weeks after his ear has healed.
