Best experience EVER! We loved the service received at this location including the eye exam, frame selection and frame fitting. The frame selection was excellent and we each found a pair of glasses that we really like. The wait time for our new glasses was very short! Definitely recommend these service oriented folks and the Collierville office location if you need new glasses.

I was very pleased with my experience at MyEyeDr. The staff were friendly and courteous. Doctor Karen Conway was efficient, kind, and willing to explain things to me and was happy that I was asking questions. The prompt delivery time of my prescription was great through an online pharmacy called BlinkRx, and the amount of time I had to wait for my glasses to come in was minimal. Very pleased. Will be back for sure.

Unfortunately, my optometrist retired recently. I rolled the dice and visited this Collierville office. As a former optician I can attest this staff is extremely competent. They are friendly as much as they are professional. The facility is top notch. Although you get the million dollar feeling once you enter, the prices are extremely reasonable. I am happy to have found my new eye doctor.
