I go to Memphis Pool for one reason only and that’s John. If he worked somewhere else, I would go there. Coming from the Oilfield it is in my nature to try and fix things myself, and as all pool owners know… there’s a lot of necessary maintenance and equipment repairing/replacing involved with owning a pool. The first time I came across an equipment issue that I could not fix (or even diagnose honestly) had to do with the circuitry for a control panel to a robotic cleaner. I put your new product - Endure - in my pool at the beginning of the season and my pool has been in the best condition ever. This product really works great. I would recommend it to everyone. Also Ryan at Collierville has been great to work with. Thanks

I want to commend our pool service technician, Brian. He provides excellent customer service and I would imagine he is a huge asset for Memphis Pool. Yesterday, I had a question about our invoice. Brian immediately tracked down the answer and called me back within minutes. You just can't find good people like him anymore. He takes great care of all our equipment and pool has been spectacular since he took it over. I hope Memphis Pool values his work ethic and that he never leaves because he is an excellent employee. We are super thankful for him!
