After moving to the area from NC and having gone to a really amazing NC hairstylist friend for 15+ years, I saw Rick this morning at the Great Clips Collierville location and I am beyond grateful to find my TN hairstylist!!! Not only is Rick a really amazing hairstylist, he is also very kind and professional taking the needed time to get to know me and my hair needs. This is my 1st time here. Service details match with what’s in website. Well maintained and I didn’t have to wait much even though I was a walk-in. Hair stylist asked me questions on every step of way .. what I want and don’t want. Overall my experience was good and I got what I wanted. I will go back again

Connie just gave me an amazing haircut!! One of the very best I’ve had!! I told her what I wanted. She said, can I do what you want, but my way. Sure. I am so glad I did!! I walk out holding my head a little higher and had a little strut to walk. She has a awesome personality, makes you feel welcome and like you have known her for years!! Thanks Connie!! ❤️?? PS I’ve never since they opened received a bad haircut, some I like better than other. Today’s was amazing!!
