Please learn from our family’s expense and heartbreak from our experience at this practice. Two of our children went here for 5+ years. One was in orthodontics. Dr. Gallela is NOT a orthodontist. It was our fault for not knowing and not doing enough research. We saw little to no progress over two years. There is zero communication, a moody nurse, and no progress updates for parents. Went to him for years as a child. I had a tooth not coming down and he put a chain on it to bring it down. My gums always looked funny after words and never grew completely over the top and was always bright red. He said it would get better. Years later I finally went to a periodontist to get the gum fixed, he took x-rays and discovered that my tooth was no longer seated in the bone, and if he messed with the gum, the tooth could fall out. So yeah, I'm never going back here.
