I had a really great experience today at this clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable, which isn’t always easy when you’re not feeling your best. The front desk was friendly and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The medical team took the time to actually listen to my concerns instead of rushing through the appointment, and everything was explained in a way that made sense. I left feeling confident about my care and appreciated how professional and genuine everyone was. I have been going here for years and have loved every NP that has walked through the doors of First choice since 2016. Today was my first time have an emergency at the clinic and the ladies (Stephanie NP and the Medical Assistants) turned into the justice league lol. I wish I had gotten all of you ladies name. They took care of my 4 month old as I had my emergency and triage me appropriately until EMS arrived. If this was my first encounter with first choice, that receptionist would have turned me off and I never would have known how wonderful the staff are. She was disgustingly rude!
