First Choice Care is a reliable choice for urgent care needs, with a strong focus on delivering a positive experience. Currently, the clinic is undergoing a transition to a new electronic medical record system, which may require some patience from patients, but they appreciate continued support during this time. Many patients have expressed gratitude for being seen promptly and having their concerns adequately addressed, highlighting the quality of care and customer service received.
This is the second Saturday morning this year that I have sent my elderly parents there. The office is always closed. I really have liked this place in the past. Google shows hours verified a few weeks ago. NOT OPEN RIGHT NOW.
I have been a frequent patient here since 4/24, under the care of Amanda Wilson, FNP. She has worked tirelessly to keep me out of the hospital with pneumonia and to get me well enough to make my planned trip 5/30. Her concern and efforts are most appreciated! Everyone there, from front desk to medical assistants, has been friendly, attentive and helpful to me. I'm so grateful they have gotten me in promptly when I've called for an appointment, and have treated me with skill and compassion!
Though not my first visit to First Choice, I had an issue that needed to be addressed ASAP. I went to their clinic at opening........un-announced and was greeted with smiles. Filled out the required paperwork and updated my history. Was shown to a room........met with the Doctor and was out of there in under an hour. They phoned in a RX to my Pharmacy and it was in works by the time I got there. You can't beat this type of service and they will always be at the top of my list when I need urgent care. Four Stars is not near enough.
