“I’m a dental hygienist in the Chattanooga area. After 3 wks of “babying” an injury that I thought would go away, I sought the help of Dr. Willing when I lost range of motion in my right hip that prevented me from working. Dr. Willing worked me in to his very busy schedule, giving me the attention and care as if I was his only patient for the day. He sat me down, questioned me thoroughly about my injury and insisted on taking X-rays before proceeding with care. As a hygienist, I appreciate an X-ray, knowing that a good doctor can not treat without “knowledge “ as Dr Willing called it. My X-ray showed signs of concern which prompted Dr Willing to order an MRI of my problem area, he would not treat me without knowing the full picture. I respected that. My MRI revealed a pretty gnarly herniated disc. Again, Dr. Willing refused to treat me but instead referred me to a neurosurgeon who I am in the care of now. I plan on returning to Dr Willing for therapy post surgery and for a regular maintenance routine once I’m healed in hopes of preventing future surgery. I appreciate the knowledge, professionalism and care that I have received from Dr. Willing. It’s refreshing to know that there are still physicians like him!

I've been here many times in the past and have never had a forearm-only chair massage, so this was surprising and honestly felt like I didn't get what I paid for. I was looking forward to the back massage and ended up feeling like the money was wasted.
The foot massage was great, but the chair massage was not at all what I expected based on my previous visits.“
