I HIGHLY recommend Nakia Swafford to anyone who wants to get to the root of their pain, stress and muscle tension. I’ve had fibromyalgia pain for almost 20 years. I’ve been to multiple chiropractors, massage therapists and physical therapists. No one has ever explained to me that my issues are mostly coming from my legs. Nakia is knowledgeable, explaining that by stripping down my muscles, they can be re-trained how to truly relax and properly react. I’ve had 2 2-hour sessions in the past 3 weeks. I have had memberships to many massage places...all of the big names. But Massage Heights is by far the best. It's around the same monthly prices as the other places, but you get so much more out of your membership here. They have the best massage therapists, the most high tech facial room, the nicest, cleanest rooms. I honestly can't say enough about how AMAZING the staff is. And the owners are actually present. This isn't just an investment, like many of the other chains. They take pride in the business and often greet me when I walk in. If you are looking for a place to have an amazing massage, atmosphere, and happy calm faces, this is the place!

Melissa was great! She used the perfect amount of pressure. She worked out some knots in my neck, shoulders, and back. I would highly recommend her for athletes or people who have really tight muscles. She also showed me a stretch that i could do at work to help ease the tension. 10/10
