I've been using them for years for my home and business. Today they came a fixed a problem at my restaurant. Ryan was great! Thank you Powell Brothers! I would give you 10 stars if I could. ?
Last Tuesday night our AC decided to stop working. Just in time for the hottest day of the year. We called frantically trying to see if ANYONE could come out and service our system. Powell Brothers very graciously was able to squeeze us in on Thursday that week. Which was amazing considering every other HVAC company didn’t have availability and acted like we were crazy for even asking. Our tech called ten minutes before his arrival time to let us know he was on his way. He was on site for MAYBE 20 minutes. He had us back up and running in no time. We’ll likely get set up with their preventative maintenance to hopefully avoid future outages!
Ryan wade came to our place of business because our air was out at Lowe’s towing he was very kind and has the unit back up and running in no time . Thank you Ryan Wade for your kindness and get us back in the cool air …
