About HEP Plumbing Knoxville North
HEP Plumbing Knoxville North provides fast, reliable plumbing services. A tech fixed a main shut off valve, but a leak remained; Joshua Sims arrived in less than 20 minutes, was understanding and helpful, and described the piping configuration in detail. Another visit saw Jhonatan arrive on time within the appointment window, clearing a drain clog quickly. Amanda called ahead, quickly recognized and fixed a garbage disposal issue, and asked if anything else was needed. She also diagnosed a toilet and shower clog, found pipes not up to code, fixed the issue quickly, and was informative and friendly. Nathan made the service estimate clear and easy, and the experience was great. The company is recommended for any plumbing issues, with fast, friendly service and a team dedicated to peace of mind.
For several years, we have had major issues with the main waterlines in our crawlspace. I talked with three different plumbing companies and decided to go with HEP. We decided on a complete replacement of all waterlines and supply lines up into the house. This was on a Thursday and we decided the next Monday they would start the job.. Garrett and Victor arrived on time and did a fantastic job. This was a five day job and they arrived on time. Were very professional left the job site clean at the end of the day and did the job in stages so we were not without water when they completed the work for the day. Would highly recommend this company, Mike Daniel.
Thank you HEP! After moving our refrigerator Saturday night to accommodate a kitchen remodel, we awoke on Sunday to discover a water leak between the kitchen floor and basement ceiling. Panic ensued when I discovered my current plumbing company does not have emergency Sunday hours. HEP came to our rescue. Joshua Sims arrived in a timely manner. Within moments, he had assessed the root of the problem and had several suggestions to resolve the issue. Joshua thoroughly explained the job build and gave recommendations on how to improve the repair. He also pointed out potential code violations on our new water heater that was installed by the previous plumbing company....read full review
HEP Plumbing handled a scary septic/sewer backup when our whole house backed up — Jeremy came out 24/7, pulled the toilet, couldn’t reach the clog, cut an access in the sewer line outside, snaked and camera-inspected the pipes to get things flowing and found a pipe intrusion; he clearly explained repair options and the $2,865 plan and gave us time to decide and arrange financing. Professional, communicative, and thorough — I’d recommend Jeremy and HEP for plumbing emergencies.
