Kenzie was awesome and so helpful!!! My toddler had a blowout in the bathroom, I was panicking but she made me feel so comfortable and got anything we needed!! Can’t wait to come back :)
We had a great experience with backyard bouncers. The two gentlemen who came out to set up were kind, helpful and quick. The same for breakdown. They have the most reasonable prices of all the bounce companies we looked into. We plan to use them every year!
My son’s birthday was the previous day, however they were closed off for a special party event. When my son said he really wanted to jump the previous day we had came up due to it being the lights out glow in the dark jump but he had missed it. The employee said hey buddy watch this.. and she turned off the lights and we had the whole place to ourselves for 2 1/2 hours. It was great!
