Y'all straight out lied to my face when we handed y'all my prescription for my glasses. Y'all said, 'Oh, we don't take your insurance anymore.' Well, pretty funny because my insurance just called y'all and y'all said, 'Yeah, we take your insurance.' But that's okay, even though we have to drive two hours just to get my glasses done. I wish I couldn't leave y'all a star at all because y'all aren't even worth a star, but it won't let me leave this review if I don't leave y'all a star.

My lenses are very thick & nose pads hurt my nose & come off easily. I had softer pads put on last time & came off recently & they put in hard pads & hurt my nose. I called them & they said that’s only pads we have. I called Walmart in Ooltewah & she said to come there & she would take care of me! Also had to have prescription changed due to couldn't see as well out of new glasses as could my old ones. They don’t seem to care much in Cleveland!

Says open 9-6 but is closed for lunch between 2 -3 plus and does not state that on website or on board that shows hours. Drove from Athens to Cleveland because Athens Vision Center was rude. Still had to wait over an hour to pick up perscription glasses.
