Chloe with Benefit Cosmetics did a great job with my lamination and shaping of my eyebrows. I was so happy with the results and her customer service and personality was great. I highly recommend her and will definitely be returning to maintain the results. She was very informative and attentive to the details. Thank you again Chloe!!I would also like to thank you for taking time to call and follow up with me to make sure I wasn’t having any problems. Definitely a 5 star + experience.

This place feels fancier than most other stores in Cleveland. It's always flawless inside and out! The workers know their products and always seem like they want to help you find just the right thing even though I don't expect workers to go out of their way to help me. My favorite place to stop inside this store is the perfume testers. I'm so sorry to the employees but it's too irresistible!!!!
