Tennessee Valley Pain Management is a clean and safe environment with caring staff. The team, including Dr. Dreskin and PA Hannah, are knowledgeable, personable, and attentive to patients' needs. The reception staff, especially Laurie, make visits more comfortable. Patients appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and effort to make appointments easier. Many find the clinic one of the best in East Tennessee, with minimal pain during procedures. The facility is highly recommended, though some suggest improving handicap accessibility.
I have been going here for several years after a bad car accident. The staff here are excellent. For the most part, They are kind and courteous, which you don't find everywhere. Dr Dreskin is extremely knowledgeable and very in tune with his patients. Hannah is laid back and very approachable.
No doctor visit is easy, but they do try to help make it easier on their patients .
It is a good, safe and very clean environment. I love the receptionist Laurie. She makes a stressful bad day better. Dr Dreskin, and the PA Hannah are caring and overall really good people.. If you have to go to a pain clinic, this is one of the best in East Tennessee. The only sugestion I have is I would love to have a more handicap. accessible bathrom.
My first visit was yesterday. They were very nice and professional. Dr Dreskin is very personable and has a great bedside manner. I was given an appointment for epidural steroid shots for this morning. It was a very good experience and the pain is minimal. I am very pleased with the whole process and definitely highly recommend their office.
