I have a central heat/air unit that was not running , would not turn on at all .I called Prince and got immediate service . I was so afraid I would have to buy a new unit but after inspection there was only a wire that was worn!! Thank you Prince Heat & Air for your quick response !! I will definitely use this company for any furture needs .

Just had new A/C unit installed. Seth is great to work with. Shawn was his assistant. install went great. Both gentleman were hard working professionals. I highly recommend this company. FYI replaced the old A/C unit which was from the 1990's and was beginning to need constant repairs.

Our old heat pump died and caught fire because of a failed capacitor, my wife called Prince to get an estimate on a new unit. The gentleman she spoke with said "it's awfully hot today let me see if I can come and see if I can get you going at least some" as the temperature was at 97. He came over and opened the unit to see if he could do anything, but as I said the unit had caught fire and was black and melted. I asked what a new system of a specific brand would run to replace it, as this unit was 30yrs old.I knew that with the way thing's have been since COVID19 that prices were more than normal and getting materials were very difficult to come by, however the quote...read full review
