Ashley is the best! I have been using her for years now and would never want someone else to do my hair. She always takes her time on my thick, curly hair and I always walk out feeling so much better about myself! She is very sweet and we always have a good laugh, what's better than getting pampered and being able to have a good laugh in the process?! Ashley always explains everything in detail and offers the best hair care solutions possible. She has brought my hair back from dead to healthy many times!! I can't recommend Ashley enough. Go to her!!!

Ashley is the best hairstylist in Cleveland. Before every appointment, she has a consultation with you on what you are wanting to do and she is very honest with you about what she can make happen. She's very thorough with the information she gives you. Ashley always does phenomenally on my hair. She has brought my hair back from nearly dead & fried, to long & healthy. She has recommended tons of products and explained in detail how to use them. I will never go to anyone else.

I've been going to this salon all year and I have to say I'm really happy I found it. I've never liked getting my hair done at salons because it never turns out right. But Kristen is good at listening, asking questions, and letting me know what to expect. I'm always so happy with her work, and she doesn't rush the process. She takes her time and does her best. From what I've seen all the ladies here are really good at what they do. While I'm there I pay attention to the other clients' finished hairstyles as they leave and I have yet to see one that didn't look really well done. I'm just really glad I found this place, I don't have to worry about my hair not looking great.
