I was in 2 weeks before and gotten my hair cut. It looked good there. After I washed it I noticed that there was a lot of long pieces and wasn't even on top. I went back and Ally did a fantastic job even everything up and re layering it. I am very happy and will be asking for Ally in the future.
If I could give more than five stars, I would. Lauren at the Cleveland Great Clips is hands down the best stylist I’ve ever sat down with, anywhere, any price point. She actually LISTENS to what you want, then somehow delivers better than what you pictured in your head. Sharp attention to detail, fast w/o ever feeling rushed, and she gets the fade/blend/lines exactly right every single time.
On top of the skill, she’s genuinely great to talk to. She’s friendly, professional, and makes the whole visit something you look forward to instead of an errand. I’ve had haircuts from $50+ salons that don’t come close to what Lauren does here.

I'm giving this a 4 star i suggest asking for Meghan...not sure the name of the lady that cut my husband hair first but she totally messed it up and Meghan gave him his money back and fixed it. She was phenomenal.. she was the manager and made the experience so much more tolerable.
Thank you Meghan for your excellent customer service and hair cutting expertise.
