I rented from this company for 3 years and recently moved closer to town. They are the sweetest people and will do everything they can to help their tenants. I would definitely rent from them again. Miss Susie is the greatest. Front desk is the best the owner of the home i rented from is as well they’re very understanding I want to thank you all for giving me the best opportunity ever god bless
I have been very pleased with Gilbert Real Estate. Kind, gracious, professional, and considerate. I highly recommend them. Susie always makes sure that every issue is resolved with all due haste. It is a delight to use this company, and I'm glad I do.
Not very quick about getting people to maintenance their properties. Make it very complicated to pay your payments to them.When you go in the office you tend to stand there for awhile waiting on someone to come up front as you can here them goofing and laughing in the back. Other than that they are friendly, people.
