Phenomenal experience. Dropped my PC off and he had it fixed the next day. Great costumer service from start to finish. He even added a screw that I had been missing on my PC for a while. Will definitely use their service again.
To repair my computer from crashing it only cost my $82.00, which is by the lowest price I’ve ever seen charged for an effective repair and I was even given a complementary external mouse free of charge. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the Cleveland area if they’re having an unexplained and uneventful problem with their computer. Did I mention the time in which the repair was complete? It was maybe 1 day tops.
Was having problems with my gaming pc and came across Computer Helper. We ran some diagnostics on my computer and found that my hard drive was the issue. Once it got replaced my issue was resolved. I really liked how they kept me updated on what was going on with my computer, and if I had any questions they would explain and answer any that I had. Would definitely come here again.
