We had a leak on our roof above the kitchen, in a roof valley. We called All-timate Roofing and they responded quickly to give us an estimate. We initially went with another roofing company that had been recommended to us. Unfortunately, they failed to bring the proper equipment to assess our roof, claiming it was “too steep.” They were also tasked with making minor repairs to prevent further damage while we worked with the insurance company. Instead of repairing the areas correctly, they rigged them together and then tried to blame us for the situation. It was an absolute disaster.

I had a roof leak, as well as some gutter issues that needed to be taken care of, so I called All-timate as well as another roofing company. The other company wanted to replace a whole section of the roof, which would not have looked good.
Randy came out and determined that the leak was due to an issue with the flashing, that it had never been right since the roof was replaced 12 years ago. He gave me a quote for the gutter work and the roof repair that was better than the other company's quote for roof repair only.
A contractor friend agreed that the shingles and roof were still in good shape and that the repair suggested by the other roofer would have been overkill.
