Wow!!!! Nicest people on the planet!!! We were in town for a wedding. They were so efficient in getting us in, examined, and diagnosed. Now let's see how quick the pharmacy is in filling the script.
I called in advance and they gave me an idea of how long it would take. There are forms you fill out on your phone which makes everything pretty fast (so make sure you have an Internet capable fully charged phone). They got me in quickly. The doctor was thorough but speedy. They evaluated me and sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy and everything was fast and easy.
I couldn't get in to see my Primary Care doctor so I decided to go to a walk in clinic.There was many in Cleveland to choose from.I am so thankful I chose this one.This will definitely b my go to from now on.Everyone was super friendly and very caring,from the ladies at the desk,the nurse that took me back.The NP that treated me was Jessi.She was AMAZING,VERY EDUCATED,PROFESSIONAL & PASSIONATE and GOD SENT! There's no doubt GOD has truly BLESSED her with a gift of caring and treating others! She explained everything very well! I will definitely go back and will tell others about my GREAT EXPERIENCE!
