I would highly recommend staying away from this business. Poor business practices, poor customer service and lack of accountability for their error following production of an order. To tell a customer: “if you stand the frame upright, the misalignment may appear slightly less noticeable depending on the viewing angle.” This is absolutely unacceptable. We have been loyal customers for years and will no longer conduct business with this company.

If I could give this place a zero star, I would certainly do so. Do not use this company. Find someone else. My item was $148 and horrible quality. Some letters were light, others were dark. The overall printing was awful. We had to purchase, THEN find someone to fix it due to our time constraint.

If I had the option NOT to give her any stars, I would have done just that. Her attitude is HORRIBLE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Find another place to go it. She's NOT it.

Wanted a stocking embroidered. Didn't even get up to look at it. Just said it's too thick, the material is thinner than the uniforms they embroider.

Got a plaque made and received it on time. Came back to get two of the same plaque made and was overcharged and given a totally different price. When I showed her the receipt to ask her why it was a different price with the same items and make she seem startled to see that I actually questioned it and tried to justify it by up selling the coin pieces and then tried to return only a piece of the money rather than the difference in itself.

OVERPRICED for bad quality. Took 3 challenge coins to be engraved with the soldiers name . And date and course number. You can barely read engraving too thin and the numbers are way too close to read and they were not too friendly when we dropped them off charged 52.56 for that small engraving. Called around and showed photos of the coins to other businesses, they laughed Nd told me they would have done it for a fraction of the price and thicker engraving.When you make your customers pay upfront it proves your work is not guaranteed ....never going here again?♂️
