Rachael Basara our realtor has done it again. Not only did she help us sell our old house, but she dived right back in with us and helped us find our new home. We looked at a lot of properties and Rachael was very patient and showed us all of them. The sellers of our new home were very unreasonable on repairs and deposits. But Rachael fought for us and got most of the major repairs covered in closing. That was a big help since it helped to reduce our closing cost. She is a GREAT realtor and will fight for what you want. Her ultimate goal is making HER clients happy!
