One of the attendants, Jeremy, was incredibly thoughtful and kind. I had been cleaning out my car for quite a while in the heat because of the mess my kids had made. Jeremy took the time to bring both me and my kids cold bottles of water. He also gave me complimentary cleaning wipes and air fresheners.
His kindness went above and beyond what I would ever expect from a car wash attendant. I've never experienced such outstanding customer service at a car wash before. Jeremy truly made a difference in our day.

Rafael is amazing!!!! He’s the manager. I locked my keys in my car while there and he offered to unlock it so I didint have to pay a company!! He saved me $150 out of the kindness of his heart. I tried paying him but he wouldn’t accept it! I love this car wash!!
Jeremy (team lead) and his crew were amazing they went above and beyond to right a wrong. The machine did not function as it was designed to putting oil all over my tires which eventually gets all over the car. (Very major issue to consider when going through this car wash Leaves gunky nasty black oil all over your tires. The owner changed the formula for what it used to be and now it causes major problems with putting black oily residue all over the car when you drive it.) Jeremy and his crew addressed this situation with professionalism & even physically helped get the oil off of my tires to resolve this matter.
