About Liberty Express Carwash
Liberty Express Carwash offers both an automatic drive-through and self-service wash bays. Reviews note a reasonable price for a hand wash and the convenience of credit card payment. The property and equipment are often described as clean and generally well-maintained, with free vacuums. However, multiple customers report frequent operational problems. The automatic carwash and its credit card machine are sometimes broken. The self-service sprayers and brushes often leak, and the sprayers can run out of product mid-wash. The vacuums frequently have poor suction, and many hoses are missing nozzles. The payment system for the self-service bays can be confusing, sometimes charging more than expected and shutting off prematurely.
Usually my go to for DIY.... BAY 2 is inoperable. Wasted 5 dollars to find out that is not highspeed tape holding together the high pressure water line. Bay 1 absolutely caked in mud... Not the owners fault but people need to be more responsible and clean up after themselves. 2 stars for staining my shoes :(
I hate to do it, because it’s not far from my work, but I think I finally quit with this spot. Chances are it’s out of soap. Granted I know nothing about running a car wash, but that feels like an integral aspect of the business.
Always clean and never had issues with any of the solutions like spot free being out. Seems like the property and wash are maintained well, which tends to not be the case with most self-service washes.
