Don’t care for the vibes here. Some of the staff are nice but some just have an unfriendly demeanor and the customer service is not what it could be. Like, why do you look annoyed that I’m waiting patiently to pick up the items that I ordered at the pick up counter? I received the text that they were ready so I went in. This order I picked up a month ago and the jars were sticky with product running down the sides. Next time I’ll just go inside and find it myself rather than risk getting used looking items and a stank face at the pick up counter lol. ?

Chelsea made the entire visit one of the most powerful experiences me and my daughters have ever had. She was so patient as she walked each one of us through the products that worked best for our skin, how to apply the makeup, and with every swoosh of her brush, our self confidence grew more and more. She was warm and most importantly, authentically her. We loved spending time with her and would gladly travel the 2 hrs from home to seek her advice. Shes the best!

I asked for help finding a good skin care routine because my skin has been having the worst flare ups. Lexie was amazing and helped me start a whole new routine while explaining everything in lots of detail for me to really understand what the products do for me. My skin has done a complete 180 in the last month since she started me on my new routine! She also helped shade match me to a new foundation that would work for my acne prone skin and I have gotten so many compliments! I’ve never had a better experience at an Ulta before. I plan to ask for her every time I’m shopping.
