Today was my first appointment with Victoria and my first time ever getting a sugar wax. A friend who is like a sister recommended her to me, and I am so glad she didn’t gatekeep!
Victoria was AMAZING! She talked me through the entire appointment and explained what to expect from the very beginning. While I thought the experience might be awkward, it was the COMPLETE opposite. By the time the appointment ended, it felt like I had known her my whole life. She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed, like I was spending time with a friend.

Victoria was amazing! When I first got there I was very nervous (because of my low pain tolerance) but Victoria did a very good job at talking me through the process and making sure I was comfortable. She was very patient with me and did an amazing job! In addition, I just have to mention the environment was superb not only was it very clean it was a very cozy calm space.

It's been about a week since I went there, so far everything is as advised. She is super professional, clean (very important), and has great customers service! It was like chatting with a friend as she took care of me. I am very happy with the results so far and even happier with the service provided, it's hard to find good service now days.
