Went from a 1 star to a 5 star. Went in for a haircut, and didn’t get what I asked for. I left a review and sent a message to the Facebook page and got an answer pretty quickly.
Derek the owner, told me he was very sorry and heated to make it right. Ended up going back in where Derek fixed the cut a bit and provided training to the original barber. The original barber who cut my hair seemed to be pretty receptive to feedback which is a good sign.
Even though I didn’t get exactly what I wanted, they did a good job of making sure they did what they could to make it right.
