Scheduled to have an evaluation for a quote, they never showed. Called a week later they apologized and got someone out to give a quote when the guy showed up he said he was the wrong guy to send for the type of work we needed but would get us a quote….never heard back from anyone about getting “the right guy” out or a quote for the small maintenance we needed.

Zack showed up immediately jumped in not once but twice to fight as an attorney would with my insurance an adjuster to get my roof replaced got it scheduled and completed asap definitely top notch company Zack is amazing.

The whole experience was extremely simple. They showed up the day I called and put some tarps up for free to hold me over. Zak was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, not pushy, and walked me through all of the options and the next steps. I was scheduled for a couple weeks out and he continued to check in leading up to the scheduled day. They showed up on time, had my roof replaced before the kids made it home from school, and left no mess behind! They are also very aware of scammers, so I appreciate their pay nothing until the job is complete policy!

We used Roof Guys for our full roof replacement, and they were wonderful to work with! Communication was excellent, and they were very flexible and accommodating, especially when we ran into a few scheduling changes on our end.
They arrived bright and early, completed the entire roof in just one day, and did a thorough cleanup afterward. They even triple-checked the yard for any leftover nails or debris. We did yard work the following day and didn’t find a single piece of trash left behind.
Zak came back the next day to inspect everything, and we were extremely pleased with the results. Zak and his team were fantastic, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Clarksville area. They use high-quality materials and offer very reasonable pricing.

After accepting the estimate, Oscar set the date to start and the crew was right on time. The crew was so professional and efficient. They set everything up so they wouldn’t damage anything on the property. They finished the job and cleaned everything up as if they were never here. My roof looks great!
