I discontinued Service with them because they are an unreliable company, when calling and finally getting connected to a person on the phone, she was very mean spirited and impatient. They insisted that my garbage can would be removed from my property on June 1 no exceptions, which was about 2 weeks away. It is end of June 1 and this garbage can is still sitting on my property Full of garbage that had been baking in the sun for weeks. When reaching out, customer support is never responsive other than on public reviews.

I have been using Stinky Pinky for eight years now I have been a loyal customer. At first and for many years, this company has been at five star rating, but since this year of 2026, bad & terrible. They’ve missed multiple trash days, picking up boxes that I have left out overall services is very terrible this year this is why I have give a 2 star. Not sure if the company is under new management or what. I’m very close to calling it cause the stress has me.
