Serenity Sweat & Sculpting Studio is an amazing place. The studio is clean, calming, welcoming, spotless, and beautifully designed, creating a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere. The treatments, such as the shake treatment and infrared sauna, provide immediate benefits, leaving clients feeling refreshed, energized, and relaxed while doing something great for the body. Clients see results after just the first session and can see the difference in their bodies. The owner is knowledgeable, professional, polite, and thoroughly explains everything. She makes clients feel comfortable, relaxed, and supported from the moment they walk in. She listens closely to needs, tailors everything to goals, and has a positive, encouraging attitude that motivates clients every step of the way. The experience feels like a spa day with a best friend. Clients cannot recommend this service enough and will definitely be coming back many times. This place is amazing and everyone deserves this self care.
I had an amazing experience at Serenity Sweat & Sculpting Studio! I tried the shake treatment along with the infrared sauna, and I could feel the benefits almost immediately. The shake treatment left me feeling refreshed and energized, and the infrared sauna was incredibly relaxing—it really helped me unwind while feeling like I was doing something great for my body.

I cannot recommend Serenity Sweat & Sculpting Studio enough! The studio is warm, welcoming, spotless, and beautifully designed. Cassie is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in her work. I was shocked to already see results after just my first session. She’s also so easy to talk to — it honestly felt like a spa day with a best friend. Such a great experience!
