Screaming Eagle Express Car Wash is a popular car wash serving the Clarksville, TN area, including Sango, Adams, and Fort Campbell. They offer an express tunnel and automated car wash, free vacuuming, and a self-serve mat cleaner. Customers praise the affordable car wash packages and convenient multiple locations. While the car wash itself is generally reliable, some reviews mention inconsistency with prewash buckets, plastic covers over rear wipers, and the spraying process, which can sometimes be missed. Many customers find the vacuums to be ineffective, with some not working at all. The service is considered good, but there are occasional issues with opening times, as some arrive early to find the station not yet open. Despite these concerns, the overall experience remains enjoyable for the community, with most appreciating the quick service and multiple locations. However, some note that the spinning brushes could use more water and soap to improve cleaning, especially for larger vehicles like trucks.
Car wash was fine but the young kids that work here are more worried about what is on their phones than the customers. Barely stick 1 foot out the door just to get you lined up and then just run back inside to play on their phones. I mean, at least make sure that when it grabs my car, everything goes well.
TOO many inconsistencies. Sometimes they have a prewash bucket of soapy water at the entrance, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they put a plastic cover over your rear wiper, sometimes they don't. Sometimes the attendant sprays your car front, one side of the car and back, sometimes they don't. Sometimes your car is cleaner at the end of the wash from when you brought it in, sometimes it's not.
Car wash is just OK most of the time all the soap doesn’t get off. Most of the vacuums do not work. Car wash is supposed to open at 7 AM every morning when I come by at 7:10 to 715 they are not open and someone is definitely there because there’s a car in the parking lot!
