After a wonderful introduction meeting with lots of promises, she started to be slow responding to emails and texts and then stopped completely. We lost over 6 weeks of time, time wasted hoping she would work with us. Now almost 3 months after first contact she has never answered anything. Very unprofessional.

Melinda, is quite possibly the best realtor in Clarksville. I’ve bought and sold many homes and I’ve never encountered a realtor as knowledgeable, up-to-date and wise as Melinda. She isn’t simply the type of realtor who wants to make a quick commission. She truly knows what to look for to protect her clients in the buying and selling process. She knows this area very well and is a clarksville native. You won’t find another realtor who knows this town better. She knows the ins and outs of everything her. Melinda helped us during a very stressful time and gave me advice that saved me a great bit of stress and money. She is a very, very skilled realtor. We moved to Clarksville to be closer to family and wanted to buy our first home. We decided to choose Melinda to help us through this journey as our realtor because years back she was my parents realtor, and they had nothing but great things to say. From the beginning she made us feel like family. She was always available to answer our questions night and day. Melinda guided us through the entire process and explained what we should do and helped us to make the right choices to get us through to the end. She never gave up even when things got tough, and they did. We knew Melinda was great but we didn’t know just how great.Melinda also works with a program called Homes for Heroes which gives back to all the heroes who have served us, being from a military family ourselves, this was heartwarming to see someone so thankful for those who have served. We actually received over $1673 dollars from this program.Melinda and her team made the impossible happen by always working so hard for us. They made our dream of owning a home come true. Melinda is the most Dedicated Realtor I have ever meet! I say this because she has sold 2 of our homes, she has purchased 2 homes for us as well! That within it’s self says she is a remarkable agent! I remember she txt me one night its like 9:00 at night and she was still working endlessly to get done everything we needed! She just blew us away with how knowledgeable she was with the market and just negotiating prices! My husband is retired Military with a TBI injury and she was so very patient with us through the process of having to repeat things to us and even send emails to remind him of what we had discussed. She told us about Homes for Hero’s and what it stands for! Because my husband had served in the military we qualified!!! Melinda was knowledgeable about the market, a strong negotiator, great communicator, patient, and always available to show us homes. She is a part of the Homes for Heroes program which gives the money back to those who serve the community such as teachers, veterans/active duty military, doctors, etc.…Another amazing thing about her is that she didn’t judge us based on our sexual orientation as we’ve had happened in the past. She overlooked that and still went above and beyond with the service that we received. We were looking for a very specific home and had many requests since our mother in law is living with us. She was able to take note of EVERYTHING that we mentioned and compiled a list of properties that we would be interested in. As we were looking at the properties that were suggested she was honest about the home, and even mentioned what we asked for and how we wouldn’t be happy with it. I greatly appreciate her honesty and dedication to finding us ours forever home. She was very patient with our frustrations of us selling our current home and buying a new one. She understood our frustrations during this process, so she kept us calm and informed of what was going on. Any questions that we had she was able to get a quick response.
