I can't thank Tracy enough for being a genuinely great person. She has been wonderful during my situation, and I whole heartedly appreciate her understanding, even her kind words, or her ear/shoulder when I was having a hard time. I always made sure my payment was on time because anytime I needed it, she was there for me and made it happen! I lost a lot and having to let go of so much because of being laid-off, dealing with unemployment, taking care of my dad with stage 4 cancer, becoming homeless thanks to my crazy step-mother, and being forced to move away to work so I'm not able to spend time with my dad has increased my depression & anxiety. Sheneda is THE best!!! She went above and beyond to get me the most money possible at an incredibly low monthly payment! Everyone at Regional finance was so friendly and welcoming! I cannot recommend them enough!!
