Everything you read about the billing practices and office staff attitude is 100 percent true. I established service with them and treatment was going along well. I received a bill I felt was in error or at least was due an explanation. When I questioned the bill I received an email from the office that my treatment was over. They canceled my next appointment and when I attempted to try to speak to someone I was just ignored. It’s sad, I was very happy with the doctor and the treatment and the level of care I was receiving. Whoever it is in the office is the most rude controlling person I have ever dealt with in my life. I have been trying for months to talk with the doc because Mr Crook left I wish I could contact him so I could continue my medical with him!! This place doesn’t answer the phone ever and I gave them every way to contact me but NOTHING. I need my meds that this office put me on renewed! Very frustrating and disappointing to have to deal with this type of crap on top of everything else
