Dr Lance Shirley, with my complex medical history, has extensive medical knowledge and has patience with my disabilities. With brain surgery, I can hard to understand. When you arrive, you can either check in early on your phone, the one I love the best, or in the office. I love that it is clean and contained to have everything you need from X-rays, walk in clinic, having my blood drawn. I believe the longest wait I had was 15 minutes. All staff are compassionate, spend as much time as they need with you, and not rush.
I still love Premier Medical and, without a doubt , have the top doctor in my eyes. He really spends his time with you and listens. I have the best! I can not think of any other place I would go to find a doctor.
Dr. Sherley, I have had for the last 5 years to present, really cares. His work ethic is way beyond his medical duties.
After his appointments, he calls to speak to my husband to understand the issue, explain the options, or any concern
I see a lot of names recommend doctors here at Premier Medical, I can tell you, Dr. Shirley is the best!!!

Have an appointment for a physical that has already been rescheduled once by premier. You get a text confirming the appointment. You get to check in and are told you have no appointment. No call no nothing what a joke.

Wouldn’t refill my medications, the doctor just said to make a new appointment when I’m almost out. What if I can’t get one until after I run out of my medications? I waited weeks for this appointment. Plus, don’t bother trying to get them to prescribe birth control, they’ll make you go to a specialist for that. Meaning a huge bill depending on your insurance. Truly a waste of time and money.

The care at premier medical is hit or miss. Expect to spend at least 10 minutes on hold for any kind of assistance, whether that be scheduling appointments, calling to get in contact with your primary doctors office, or what have you.
As far as pediatric care goes, Dr. Genevieve Febrarro is amazing, always spot on with my children’s care and takes a realistic approach. There are other providers in the pediatric area I’ve seen when the children’s PCP is not available, who are less than thorough.
The OBGYN doctors are hit or miss as well. I have had subpar care from the OBGYN department, and also great care from a doctor who unfortunately no longer is practicing (Dr. K. Sawyer).
Billing is okay to deal with. Nothing special to rave or rant about.

i'd make it a zero if i could. this place only cares about your money and nothing else. i've gone here my entire life. they know i struggle with mental health and they don't care. they'll schedule my appointments around my doctors' vacation times so that i run out of medications then make me believe i'm crazy for being upset, and the receptionists will treat you as nothing more or less than a nuisance for calling to ask for a refill on medications that KEEP YOU ALIVE.
if i update this review, it'll be a suicide note naming names. otherwise, don't go here if you have a choice because i sure don't.

I have received great care from here. I haven't had any major issues with care or service. I want to get that out of the way first. They do have a predatory billing gimmick that everyone should be aware of. If you go in for an annual wellness visit and you mention anything wrong they will stop billing insurance for the wellness visit. You will get billed for a treatment visit if you haven't met your deductible.
I say this is predatory because they don't tell you that the billing will change. They don't tell you when you leave or before. You will just get a surprise $$$$ bill for the "treatment" you received. I went in for a wellness visit and mentioned that I had a cough and I was then tested and "treated" for a cough. Which means I got a test and nothing else happened, which is why I use quotes around treated. I then got a bill 2 months later for $300. Mind you, I also finished the annual wellness visit.
Again the staff are nice and the care is fine, but watch out because this place will find a way to get more money. If you schedule an annual wellness visit DO NOT mention that anything else is wrong or you WILL be billed some ridiculous amount!

I waited 6 months for an initial provider appointment. The day for my appointment finally came. I showed up 20 min early , as requested. I then waited an hour while multiple people who came in after me were called. I notified the front desk, and they then spoke with the doctor. I was then told I needed to reschedule for 3 months in the future. Horrible first impression. The only good thing was that the ladies at the checkout desk were nice and helpful. We'll see how it goes next appointment. -Update I was able to get in on my next appointment. My doctor was great, and I have not had any other problems.

So far I've had a decent experience here, I'm terrified of doctors, and I'm having some weird temple headaches and stabbing/pinching pains in my legs, as well as little circular red spots popping up everywhere, so I went to their same day clinic. The nurses and doctors there were so kind and amazing, although they said due to time limits, they could only focus on one problem at a time. None of what we've tried worked but hey, sometimes that's how it goes. It's been like 2 weeks since they ran labs on my blood and I haven't gotten any results back yet so I'm pretty frustrated about that as I have severe crippling anxiety over these kinds of things, but have an appointment soon so hopefully they'll have answers for me then. Over all pretty decent, kind, very clean and a decent, roomy waiting area in the walk in same day clinic. Just hope to get my labs back soon ??

Just moved into the area. We needed a pediatrician for my son. Saw Dr Johnston today. He was absolutely wonderful!! Very kind, attentive and thorough. He was patient and listened to all our concerns. The entire staff was wonderful as well. We loved Jessica’s bubbly personality that made us feel welcomed from the beginning. Being a nurse for over 30 years I would highly recommend this physician and group.
