Took my frenchie Nova to be boarded over the weekend and they sent photos and allowed me to text and check on her. She gets anxiety sometimes at new places and I loved that they were giving me open communication about my fur baby. Every photo she looked like she was smiling. They took great care of her and you can tell they have a love for dogs! I would and will totally recommend them for boarding and I will return.
We love Pet Palace! We bring Nash for day care and he absolutely loves it. He gets excited when we pull into the parking lot, and is sad when it’s time to go home and he has to leave his friends. They send us pictures of him during the day so we know our sweet boy is having fun! They even give us a “report card” to let us know how he behaves during the day and what qualities he has while interacting with other dogs/staff. Staff is always nice to us and most importantly our little guy. Great communication with text reminders. We will always bring him here for day care!
