Chris Seiber was amazing! He was friendly, knowledgeable, did everything quicker than I thought could be done, and worked with us to find an affordable solution. Would highly, highly recommend him and One Hour Heating.
I would like to extend to this company that you all have been great to work with. Of course during this hot weather our old units went out separately of course (within a day) and you provided excellent service, installation and instructions on how to operate the new system and the thermostats. Our home is now cool and wanted to also thank your guys for hard work they did in the installation. They were also very courteous and gracious with our home and questions. Would recommend your company 100%. Thank you so much for all your people did for us!
Chris came to our house quickly, diagnosed our issued and communicated our options. Once we approved the repairs he got the work done. We really appreciate the hard work that went into getting our AC running again.
