Of course during this hot weather our old units went out separately of course (within a day) and you provided excellent service, installation and instructions on how to operate the new system and the thermostats. One Hour HVAC did a fantastic job replacing two very old units. Thank you Justice, Nick, Jett and Dalton! This crew of 4 young men came on a Saturday at 7 am and didn’t leave until 5:30 pm. That’s 10 1/2 hours! Only because nothing on this house can ever be easy. The upstairs unit (42 yrs old) clearly had the closet built around it. So they had to break the old unit down into pieces in order not to damage the door frame and walls. Kudos to them! The whole two HVAC units install was done with care and respect of our property. They worked hard, no slack, no breaks (except for a short lunch break) I’m so impressed. We’ve used One Hour in past years for service calls. Always felt like they care about their customers. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

I've been dealing with this company for about 15 years. They continue to get nothing but rave reviews for their professionalism in customer service. Everytime there is the slightest issue with my HVAC systems, they're here to inspect and resolve the problem. Today, Melissa and Cody worked to get my system back to cooling and mapped out the plan for total repair for the upcoming week. THANK YOU both very much. 21 May 2026 Yesterday we had a new American Standard HVAC system installed by One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning here in Clarksville TN. First we want to commend Justice and Jett who did the installation. They were professional, courteous, and hardworking. They respected us and our property. They answered all our questions. The AC is working beautifully. We have not had to use the heat yet but we have been assured that if we have any questions or problems we can call and they will be there for us. They cleaned everything up when they had finished and removed all the old equipment. They showed us how everything works and how to set the new thermostat The reasons we chose them over the other companies that we personally interviewed are; The rebate from The Electric Company for having installed a new HVAC. When asked to see their certifications, the Technicians were able to show us their certification necessary with the Government according to government regulations; the Contractor or Specialty License required by the EPA. 3.)They provided a scheduled maintenance check at no extra cost. We were very impressed with all that was done and highly recommend One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for all your needs.

The upstairs ac went out. The owner contacted One hour and they came out immediately. Squeezed us in on the Same day. Ac unit hd to be replaced. They came out a couple days after the initial inspection to replace the spilt unit. The installers Nick and Kyle were clean prompt and courteous. Everyone answered all my questions and were very kind and respectful. Highly recommend! Air is blowing cold again. Love it
