Merrell Home Improvement enclosed our screened porch and repaired/rebuilt our existing deck. We are very pleased with the results. Mr. Merrell communicated with us every step of the process; the crew was polite and kept a clean worksite. We were not intending to address the deck, but Mr. Merrell took the time to investigate the structural issues and proposed a solution. Overall, we had a great experience with Merrell Home Improvement. We added on a two-story addition to the back of our house and are thrilled with the space and level of quality. Earl was in charge of our project and we couldn’t be happier with his level of communication and effort to make sure we were happy. I think the only frustration point was the timeline, lots of delays due to weather or availability of crew. However, at the end of the day we would definitely use their services again and recommend to others.
