I have a 2-unit apartment building that had a large fire decimating the property. The building should have been torn down and rebuilt, but my insurance co. had different plans. With a lot of moving pieces, he took on the battle with my insurance and proceeded with the work that could be done. I was in Clarksville Tn one day and met with Robert of Action Roofing to replace my roof on a rental property. He inspected and gave me the estimate and I signed the contract for the replacement of the roof on the spot and flew to Virginia that evening. He replaced the roof the very next day.
