Maxim has went above and beyond to ensure my mother’s care needs are being met. I truly appreciate the great efforts that they have given to get my mother the much needed increased hours of care that she needed. Isaac, Danielle, Theresa and the rest of the team I haven’t met working on my Mother’s case I truly appreciate all your hard work and dedication and I can’t express enough the gratitude we feel! We have a Client Coordinator name Bailey Lisk she is awesome! She listens to all my concerns and tries her best to address them as they come. She's been trying her best to staff my home as much as she could. I know if she could get the help that we needed in a timely manner it would be possible. I have no complaints and the only one would be staffing issues. She still tries her best to communicate with me as staff becomes more available. There's also been times when my concerns has been met by other staff members within the company.i also haves great nurses in my home now!
