I followed Kimberly to the Madison location when she became the new owner because she is kind and bonus — she keeps an excellent staff. As a customer, I am always happy here. Even IF I ever encountered an issue, I know Kimberly would handle it. But that’s a big if because all of the masseuses are kind and caring here.

I am a member here, but had an appoiment at another place which canceled on me last minute. The staff here at Message Envy Clarksville worked so hard to get me seen that morning. They called in Shuntrell who drove in just to take care of me. Shuntrell did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a message. Feel very cared for and taken care of. Great customer service!

Went for the hot stone 60 minute massage and it was amazing. I have arthritis and Kesley was so accommodating in applying just the right pressure in my more effected areas. Highly recommend.
