Made an appointment for consultation over a month ago and paid the consultation fee.Got there today and she was running way behind and “forgot” why I was there (yikes). She did text me to let me know she was running late, but I was already on the road. She did offer to refund the consultation fee. I’m waiting for that. Stay tuned

I recommend this salon to anyone who values great customer service! Mae is very welcoming, helpful and gentle (I've had people who were so rough that it felt like they were ripping my hair from the roots). The facilities were also CLEAN & SPOTLESS. I was so pleased with her skills and her service.. schedule an appointment - you will not be disappointed.

When I say I’m in love, IM IN LOVE… I had 4 locs come out and she was able to reattach them.. I even had a faded blue to green color in my hair that she also covered up… Im just really happy to feel the wind on my scalp again.. thank you soooo much, definitely gave me my confidence back

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the treatment I received. I have very very thick hair. I was expecting a more thorough hair wash didn’t receive a steam treatment no detangler sprayed on my hair once she began combing my hair then my hair was yanked it was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced on my natural hair care journey back to Atlanta i go because I haven’t met anyone in Clarksville Tennessee that can do better
