A tech came and checked out our ancient unit and our aging duct work (that we knew needed replacing). He was VERY thorough and professional. He scheduled us a visit with someone who would go over everything with us again and tell us their recommendations. That gentleman was also VERY thorough and professional. There was no pressure to buy a new unit but options were given to buy a new unit and to keep our old unit going till it finally failed us. We are EXTREMELY pleased with Lee Co. and will be using them for all our HVAC, plumbing and electrical work in the future.

The communication was on point every step of the process from calls to photos and videos. The work was completed timely and the job site was left cleaner than when they arrived.
